Information you choose to provide
When you fill out an order or catering enquiry, you may provide your name, contact number, event date and time, approximate guest count, venue, meal preferences and instructions. This information helps us discuss your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information in these forms.
How WhatsApp enquiries work
The website prepares a WhatsApp message containing the details you enter. You decide whether to send the message through WhatsApp. When sent, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices apply. Preparing a message does not confirm a booking.
Server-side enquiry storage
If the shop activates its optional database service, submitted catering enquiries may be stored on the website server so the proprietor can manage and follow up. If the service is not configured, the website does not claim to store bookings. Data retention and deletion requests can be discussed with the contact below.
Cookies and local storage
Your browser can store selected items in a local enquiry basket. Admin sessions may use necessary session cookies. Optional analytics run only if the proprietor configures a valid analytics measurement ID; third-party analytics may then use their own technologies.
Third-party services
This site may load illustrative photos from Unsplash, web fonts from Google Fonts, a Google Maps embed, and WhatsApp links. These third-party services may process technical information under their own policies.
Data protection
We use reasonable access controls for the website's administration area. No online transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive information.
Your choices and enquiries
You may ask us about your enquiry details, request correction or deletion of information held by the shop, or ask about how your information is used by contacting +91 97861 38649.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the website's features or data practices change. Updated wording and the effective date will appear here.
